Automatic Yes Reset
The Automatic Yes Reset is a 4-week program designed to help you break the cycle of overwhelm, over commitment, and automatic people-pleasing. If you are constantly saying yes when you don’t have the capacity, feeling overstimulated, and reacting in ways that don’t reflect who you actually want to be—this program will help you interrupt that pattern at the root.
Inside, you will learn how to regulate your nervous system in real time, create space between trigger and response, and start making decisions from a grounded, intentional place instead of survival mode. This is not about becoming a different person. It’s about becoming a more regulated version of yourself; someone who can follow through, hold boundaries, and feel more at peace in your daily life.

If you are here, there is a good chance you have spent a long time carrying too much, over-giving, over-functioning, and saying yes when your body was begging for a pause.
This program is designed to help you understand why that happens, interrupt the pattern in real time, and begin rebuilding self-trust from the inside out.

Start Here
Before you move into the lessons, take a few minutes to complete your starting point.
Download the Baseline Mapping Workbook to begin identifying your overwhelm patterns, triggers, and where your energy is being drained. Keep it simple. Don’t overthink it. You are not fixing anything yet, just noticing.
This will give you a clear baseline so you can see how things shift as you move through the program.

Lesson 5 - Why Boundaries Feel So Hard
Welcome to Lesson 5!
By now, you’ve started recognizing your patterns, supporting your nervous system, and becoming more aware of what drains your energy. Sometimes even with awareness, boundaries can still feel uncomfortable, scary, or difficult to hold in the moment.
In this lesson, you’ll explore why people-pleasing patterns often go deeper than habit, and how your nervous system may have learned that keeping others comfortable felt safer than honoring yourself.

Lesson 7 - Rebuilding Self Trust
Welcome to Lesson 7!
Many people who struggle with overwhelm, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment also struggle with trusting themselves. After years of ignoring your needs, overriding your intuition, or prioritizing everyone else first, it can become difficult to hear your own voice clearly.
In this lesson, you’ll begin rebuilding self-trust through small moments of awareness, alignment, and intentional action.

Meet your instructor
Cassie D. Davis, RN, BSN has spent the last 10+ years at the bedside, witnessing how chronic stress and dysregulated nervous systems quietly wear women down physically, mentally, and emotionally.
As a people pleaser in recovery, she knows what it’s like to hold everything together while losing yourself in the process.
Now, she helps high-functioning women break the cycle of people-pleasing, overwhelm, and self-abandonment through nervous system regulation, pattern awareness, and small, sustainable shifts that actually stick.
Her work is about helping you stop running on empty and start showing up as the version of you that feels grounded, clear, and fully aligned.
FAQs
-
If you’re a high-functioning woman who feels overwhelmed, overstimulated, and stuck saying yes when you don’t have the capacity, this is for you.
If you’re tired of snapping, shutting down, or running on empty… and ready to understand why it’s happening and how to change it, you’re in the right place.
-
No.
This program is designed for real life. The tools are simple, practical, and meant to be used in the moments you actually need them. You are not required to develop hour-long routines.
-
That’s exactly why this program exists.
Boundaries don’t work when your nervous system is dysregulated. This program helps you regulate first, so your boundaries actually stick.
-
No. Absolutely not!
This is not about perfection, it’s about awareness and small shifts. Even noticing one pattern and interrupting it once is progress.
-
You can expect to feel more aware of your triggers, more in control of your responses, and less overwhelmed in your day-to-day life.
Over time, this leads to more energy, clearer decisions, and stronger boundaries.
-
That’s part of the process.
You can come back to this program at any time. The goal isn’t to do it perfectly, it’s to build a new pattern over time.
-
Because your body learned this pattern over time.
This isn’t about willpower, it’s about rewiring how you respond under pressure.
